1. ADMISSION DEPT. - TICKETING

Job Summary:

The first duty of the cashier is to greet the guest who comes to the ticket counter. Should have good listening skills to understand guest’s queries and requirements to suggest them the best package and provide bands loaded with requested packages after successful transaction. Always being vigilant to know updates in package details, discounts, timings & details of all Rides, Attractions & Park wide activities. Should handle all cash transactions of the dept. by receiving payment by cash, credit cards, online bookings etc. and check daily Cash Count. Professionally dealing with large crowd during group bookings by schools, colleges, corporate companies & families. Ensuring smooth operations through coordinating required information to Operations team, GRE team, Safety & Security team and other departments whenever necessary.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must have successfully passed 12th standard education. Should have basic Knowledge of P.O.S. software for cash handling, Excel, mathematical skills, selling skills and be able to conveniently communicate in Gujarati, Hindi & English languages.

2. GUEST RELATIONS DEPT. - GRE

Job Summary:

Welcome and greet guests at meeting points throughout the park to help them get their queries answered and resolve issues/escalations through proactive solutions and positive attitude. Provide guests with complete information related to Rides, Attractions and Park wide activities. Understand the guest's needs and recommend the best packages available to enjoy their visit. Be vigilant in knowing Daily updates in timings, packages and other general FAQ to properly convey them to the guest. Gather feedback from our guests and filter it down to the whole GRE team and update it to the Management. Communicate with appropriate internal resources to resolve guest needs to Promote & Maintain a positive image of AATAPI Wonderland. Achieving guest satisfaction through exceptional service.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older who has successfully passed 12th standard education with strong ability of handling complaints and solving problems by exploring customer needs & applying solution selling skills. Should be able to naturally deal with guests through excellent command in English, Gujarati & Hindi.

3. RIDE ENGINEERING DEPT. – MAINTENANCE

Job Summary:

Plan and do Corrective & Breakdown maintenance, ensuring quick response during breakdown/fault of various Amusement Rides & Attractions while effectively making a record of it. Make sure the planned maintenance is completed within the pre decided time period through good team spirit. Ensure safe & systematic use of tools with proper PPE during work. Constantly be vigilant in observing abnormality in ride functioning by performing daily, weekly and monthly Ride Checking while properly recording it through Ride Checklists, Logbooks & Reports.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must have good technical skills who has successfully completed ITI (Welder, Fitter, Electrician etc.) or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic etc.) with analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

4. RIDES & ATTRACTIONS DEPT. - OPERATIONS

Job Summary:

Ride Attendant/Operator shall be responsible for the safe daily operation of a given ride in our park. Key Duties and Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service by greeting & positively interacting all Guests while assisting them to enter ride, ensuring that all aspects of the ride cycle comply with normal safety procedures for guests and team member’s safety. Follow all ride specific safety procedures including but, not limited to, checking height, checking restraints, ensuring bags and loose items are not allowed on the ride, etc. Work in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environment, continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area and be knowledgeable regarding park policies to answer questions from Guests.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older who has successfully passed 12th standard education with good language skills, management skills & active involvement in day to day responsibilities.
