1. Operation Manager

Job Summary:

Roles and responsibilities of amusement park operations manager Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising park staff, including ride operators. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all rides and attractions meet safety standards and conducting regular safety inspections. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols for both employees and guests. Daily Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the park, including opening and closing procedures, ride rotations, and crowd management. Staff Budget Management: Managing the park's ooerations employees budget, Identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives. Guest Experience: Focusing on guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring efficient operations, and addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly. Ride Maintenance: Coordinating maintenance schedules for rides and attractions to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events, marketing campaigns, and special events to attract visitors. Safety: Complying with safety regulations, Develop and implement emergency response plans. Customer satisfaction: Analyzing customer feedback data to make data-driven decisions for improving park operations and offerings and increasing guest satisfaction. Emergency Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans for various scenarios, including natural disasters and medical emergencies. Staff Management: Building positive relationships with the staff, addressing staff concerns, and creating staff meetings with HR or outreach programs.

2. RIDES & ATTRACTIONS DEPT. - OPERATIONS

Job Summary:

Ride Attendant/Operator shall be responsible for the safe daily operation of a given ride in our park. Key Duties and Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service by greeting & positively interacting all Guests while assisting them to enter ride, ensuring that all aspects of the ride cycle comply with normal safety procedures for guests and team member’s safety. Follow all ride specific safety procedures including but, not limited to, checking height, checking restraints, ensuring bags and loose items are not allowed on the ride, etc. Work in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environment, continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area and be knowledgeable regarding park policies to answer questions from Guests.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older who has successfully passed 12th standard education with good language skills, management skills & active involvement in day to day responsibilities.

3. RIDE ENGINEERING DEPT. – MAINTENANCE

Job Summary:

Plan and do Corrective & Breakdown maintenance, ensuring quick response during breakdown/fault of various Amusement Rides & Attractions while effectively making a record of it. Make sure the planned maintenance is completed within the pre decided time period through good team spirit. Ensure safe & systematic use of tools with proper PPE during work. Constantly be vigilant in observing abnormality in ride functioning by performing daily, weekly and monthly Ride Checking while properly recording it through Ride Checklists, Logbooks & Reports.

Required Basic Qualifications:

Must have good technical skills who has successfully completed ITI (Welder, Fitter, Electrician etc.) or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic etc.) with analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
