Entry Tickets:

  • Ticket Rate includes entry fees and access to all rides.
  • Additional charges are applicable for ‘Paid Attractions’.
  • Tickets once sold will not be refunded.
  • Re-sale of tickets or discounted offer vouchers outside the ticket counter is strictly prohibited. If found, management reserve the right to dishonor such tickets.
  • Re-entry to the park is not permitted on used tickets.

Rides:

  • Kindly read the ride instruction carefully before enjoying the rides. Some rides might not be advisable for heart patients, blood pressure patients & pregnant ladies.
  • Seek help / advice from ride operators if needed.
  • Kindly Follow the height/weight restrictions on the respective rides.
  • Some rides may be shut down for technical or safety purpose, inconvenience caused is regretted.
  • Kindly use the defined entry & exit areas at the rides and follow queue rules.

Food & Beverages:

  • Food cards are available at ticket counters. Which you can enchase at respective food counters available within park.
  • Outside foods and drinks are not permitted within the parks.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited in & around park premises.

Baggage Assistance:

  • Kindly deposit your baggages at baggage counters.
  • Avoid keeping your belongings unattended.
  • Locker facility is also available on hire for your convenience.

Note:

  • Wheel chairs and strollers are available on demand.
  • You can use special baby care centers at specific places (ask for assistants).
  • Medical centers are available at specific locations inside park area.
  • Your suggestion and feedback are most welcome. Kindly record them in the suggestion Books. Visit Ticket Counter/Control Tower for further assistance.
